Fly Ash Powder Milling Plant
about Flay Ash
Fly ash is waste discharged from fuel electric plant, it is collected after play down the fine ash which is pulverized coal combustion fired in a coal stove. Resulting in a small amount of slag sintered porous block, coal in the combustion process is concentrated powder coal stoves in the bottom, which is called bottom ash. The ash in the total number accounted for about 10-20%, most of which as fine ash together into the flue gas discharged from the flue, which is fly ash. As the industry developed, Malaysia now has large numbers of fly ash to process for reuse.
Fly ash is used in the powder millling equipment, playing as mainly products. We mainly process the fly ash with powder milling plants like the European version of the Trapezium Milling plant.
Fly Ash Milling Plant
As the thermal power milling plants in Malaysia using coal and fly ash of different fineness, in the furnace combustion temperature difference (wave in the 1350-1550’0), so the chemical composition of fly ash is the sale as mineral composition of fluctuations. The current power plant fly ash collection and discharge methods are dry and wet two. Production of fly ash blocks in thousands of ash as well, but many of power milling plants use wet ash. Vitreous is an amorphous material with high chemical activity, mainly by the active form of silica and activated alumina. Structural characteristics of fly ash particles are porous, it is generally the proportion of 1.9-2,4, loose bulk density of 600-700 kg/m. . Fineness of fly ash volatile, especially in the row and the ashes together, the coarse particles greatly increased.
