In the July 5, 2009, the outward bound training of the Shibang machinery company begins. We train our new staff in a special way, that is, long march. The long march lasts for more than 10 hours, which tests the physical and mental strength, and at the same time enhances our friendship.

1. At 2:00am, we are ready to go. 　　　　　2. With smile, we walk along the sea bank.

3. At dawm, we arrive at the first terminal.　 4. New jouney is still waiting for us.

5. Nothing can stop our steps.

6. We fight, we enjoy, we head for the sea and finish the long march.
